By using Square Face Generator (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Your creations

Avatars you create with the tool belong to you. You may use, modify and share them freely, including for commercial purposes such as channel branding or merchandise, with two exceptions: you may not resell the tool itself, and you may not claim the underlying artwork system as your own product.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes others rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site or its hosting.
• Automated scraping of the Site is not permitted.

3. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
